These two “troubles” are my Siberian Huskies. The black and white one is Siku, an Inuit word for sea ice (because of his light blue eyes). The white and tan one is Mauja, which means soft deep snow. They are both males and eight years-old.
siqu_mauja.jpg Siku is a talker. He tells me everything that is wrong in his world, from no water in his bowl to his need for a treat every night before bed.
Mauja is the quiet one. But I know that he is the instigator of trouble. He encourages Siku to dig up tulip bulbs or chew on slippers, and then sits back and smiles when he gets into trouble.
